SEEC has honored Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University for achieving a 100% rating on the 2022 Performance Scorecard, awarding it the First Category Excellence Shield in the field of energy efficiency improvement. The recognition was announced during the ceremony for honoring distinguished government entities in energy consumption improvement for the year 2022, organized by SEEC on Tuesday, January 30, 2024. The event was attended by numerous officials and representatives of government entities.

His Excellency the President of Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Rubaish, stated that the university is committed to implementing energy efficiency standards and reducing the consumption of buildings and energy sources. He added that the university has made significant efforts to promote sustainability and preserve the environment, qualifying it to achieve a 100% rating on the 2022 Performance Scorecard and receive the First Class Excellence Shield in the field of energy efficiency improvement.
