SEEC has launched the "Window Air Conditioner Replacement" initiative with a 1,000 SAR support, in collaboration with relevant government entities. This initiative is part of the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP) and aims to encourage citizens to replace old, less efficient window air conditioners with new, higher-efficiency units, while also supporting and promoting the domestic industry in the Kingdom.

The initiative helps reduce household energy consumption by offering a 1,000 SAR discount on the purchase of a new air conditioner. Additionally, it includes free delivery and installation services. Citizens can easily benefit from the initiative by visiting participating electrical appliance stores or ordering directly through the online platforms of the participating stores.

The initiative will initially launch in Riyadh with over 60 participating stores, and will later be expanded to all regions of the Kingdom after evaluating the initial phase's outcomes. For more information and details, please visit the initiative's website at https://estbdal.seec.gov.sa/.

This initiative is an extension of SEEC's efforts to promote energy efficiency in the Kingdom. SEEC previously implemented the High-Efficiency Air Conditioner Initiative, which was concluded at the end of 2021 and benefited approximately 125,000 citizens.
