It also includes dealing with non-conforming products and recycling them in accordance with the laws, and developing systems to improve the efficiency of inspection and monitoring operations.
Product Monitoring Plan
The center monitors the commitment of local markets, warehouses, and factories to energy efficiency labels by implementing periodic inspection tours according to the annual plan in cooperation with the relevant authorities, with the aim of ensuring that products comply with energy efficiency standards.
Market Survey (Sample Purchase for Testing)
A team from the Center and the competent authorities evaluates the effectiveness of product control by purchasing and testing specific samples according to an annual plan. This survey helps ensure that products comply with energy efficiency specifications.
Dealing with non-conforming products
The team has developed a mechanism to manage non-compliant products by recycling them in accordance with legal procedures and appropriate environmental requirements, to ensure proper handling of violations.
Developing the Electronic Sample Management System - Phase (3)
Work is underway to develop a unified system for sample management between government agencies and private laboratories, with the aim of automating inspection, monitoring and certification processes, thus enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of these processes.
