Driven by the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center's vision to enhance user experience and bolster the efficiency of its electronic services, this consultation has been launched to gather feedback on the performance of the Center's digital platforms. These platforms encompass the official website, program-specific pages, and interactive portals offering awareness content and a variety of e-services. This consultation aims to identify any challenges visitors may encounter while using these platforms, such as procedural complexities, difficulty in accessing information, or weak data integration across departments and services. By surveying user opinions, the Center seeks to design a more seamless digital experience that is centered on beneficiary needs and provides flexible and practical solutions. Furthermore, it aims to analyze beneficiary satisfaction with the visual design, ease of navigation, search functionality, and the responsiveness of the platforms across smart devices. The Center is also focused on evaluating the quality of the language used and the clarity of the content. This initiative aligns with the Center's commitment to the requirements of the Digital Government Authority and modern digital government service design methodologies, ensuring an elevated level of transparency and the achievement of excellence in delivering national electronic content and services. This consultation contributes to providing a clear and comprehensive picture of the user experience quality across digital platforms.
