- Follow-up communication with the stakeholders to designate a technical coordinator in implementation of what was stated in item "Fourth" of High Order 5604.
- Hold workshops with coordinators to provide them with specifications and technical requirements and explain the mechanism for Rationalizing electricity consumption in the buildings of government authorities.
- Collect and analyze data related to electricity consumption.
- Prepare reports on electricity consumption in government authorities, and report on their consumption on a semi-annual basis.
- Create periodic groups and mini-teams with government authorities to discuss observations and present experiences.
First item
The ministries and government authorities shall provide the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center with the following: Data - related to the buildings belonging to it according to the models, and energy consumption designed by the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center, in coordination with the Center of Spending Efficiency and provides them to these stakeholders through its official website. Semi-annual reports on what has been done before it regarding improving energy efficiency and its plans in this field.
Second item
The Saudi Energy Efficiency Center, in coordination with the Center of Spending Efficiency, shall raise the necessary reports on government consumption of electricity on a semi-annual basis, and it suffices with these reports (the reports referred to in item two) dated 26/7/1439H, order No.37209 regarding electricity sector.

What are the targeted agencies in the government agencies' consumption data collection portal?
All government agencies with an independent budget and its subsidiaries.
What is the purpose of this portal?
Obtain and analyze data related to the consumption of government agencies buildings and issue periodic reports accordingly.
How can I create an account to sign the portal?
The main coordinator of the agency will be provided with a user name to be sent via email. Possibility to grant the main coordinator of the agency create a sub-user as needed.
How to deal with the confidentiality of information provided by the authorities?
The information shall be kept confidentially with the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center according to the information security systems in the KSA, it is only shared with the relevant government agencies.
How are the main coordinator or his alternate for the participant agency?
The main coordinator or his alternate is nominated by the agency through providing the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center with the official letter with the coordinator's data
What are types of targeted buildings in the project?
All government agency buildings of the agency, whether rented or owned.
